Beach Villa, a hidden gem in Pringle Bay.

Pringle Bay is an authentic, quaint, sea-side village overlooking the Indian Ocean. The bay has abundant sea life, popular for cray fishing and surfing also long white sandy beaches, Table Mountain and Cape Point can be seen across the bay.

This private Villa is situated on the beach with incredible ocean views. Relax, soak up the sun on the deck overlooking the infinity pool and ocean.The garden has its own natural pond with regular visits by the Cape clawless Otter.

In summer, the outdoor living area and pool is sheltered from the prevailing South Easter. Step onto the beach, swim in the ocean or go for a long beach walk. In winter it’s the perfect, romantic getaway, experience the ocean spray whilst lounging between two cozy log fireplaces.

Beach Villa is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped Gaggenau kitchen. Load shedding does not affect us as we have a solar system. The Villa has comfortable beds with crisp white cotton linen and bespoke amenities. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a double garage.

Beach Villa is 90 minutes from Cape Town, 60 minutes from Cape Town International airport. Hermanus and its popular Hemel en Aarde wine route is 30 minutes away.

Kleinmond and Arabella Golf Courses, hiking and mountain biking trails, a large penguin colony in Bettie’s Bay, the Harold Porter Nature Reserve are in close proximity. Within walking distance lovely little shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
